I don't know if I agree with Osama bin Laden, Kim Jong-il, and Saddam Hussein being on the list. I know they were/are bad people, but I think there's far worst people in history that should be on this list.

I still believe that most(if not all) of these people on this list would have never became monsters if it wasn't for the immense power that they obtained. Like the saying goes, "Absolute power breeds monsters".
